OC/UTAU Idea/ Concept: Crow (Help wanted lol)

Edit 9/16/19: Please note this character is currently going through a redesign since I wish to move it further away from the design it was based on, purely because my younger self was an idiot and I'm no longer happy with this design as is.

Okay the reason for him not being a full Utau is because I don't have everything necessary to make him into one (programs, voice, etc) and I don't want to take the time searching out each program to help me get this done but if someone who has these programs/ does Utaus themselves would like to help me out it would be much appreciated

However, I took steps to change the design so that it didn't match perfectly- there are may things different between the two outfit designs.
Anyway, if you want to know It took me around 150-155 layers to complete overall and at least 3 days over a span of 10-15 hours (Idk I wasn't keeping count).

I imagine Crow's voice to be something like Kaito's, but a tad bit lower and richer. Or... something like that idk
I plan on drawing another outfit for him later that isn't so complicated because this outfit would get tedious to draw over and over.
