It took all day for me do this, because I'm so out of practice with chibis, but whatever.
Sorry Meti, but you cannot stop the bobble!
And I couldn't get Tsumiki's (from the anime Place to Place) surprised cat face out of my head, so I've been drawing it a lot recently, and Commander ended up being the victim this time xD
I was gunna make Commander's white outline have lines on it like lined paper, but I thought I'd give that joke a break xD plus, it looks better like this
